If you are on a diet and are experiencing any of the following, stop that diet immediately:
Muscle cramps
Dizziness
Confusion
Fainting
Dehydration
Severe constipation or diarrhea
Mood changes
Constant hunger
I would even add strange cravings to that list.
These are all symptoms of potentially serious dietary problems that you should address NOW!
