What You Will Need:
1tablespoon white onion - chopped
1cupmayonnaise - Hellman's
¼cupketchup
1tablespoonlime juice
1tablespoonhorseradish
1tablespoonpickle - chopped
1teaspoondill weed - fresh, chopped
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonhot sauce
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Method:
Grind the onion into a paste. I use a mortar and pestle.
In a small bowl combine onion paste, mayonnaise, ketchup, lime juice, horseradish, pickle, dill,Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, paprika, salt and pepper.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
