Beans: Black beans navy beans garbanzos and? ltienls are good options.Nuts: Almonds walnuts pistachios and pecans are great choices.Soy products: Try tofu soy milk tempeh and veggie burgers for a change.Avoid salted or sugary nuts and refried beans.
